How to Remove a Document
- Once you sign a document in Healthy Roster, you are no longer allowed to edit or remove it.
- To have a document removed, please contact your provider with your name/athlete’s name and the name of the document.
- If you are having trouble contacting your provider, you can also contact the Healthy Roster team using help tab on the left navigation bar to submit a ticket.
