Customizing Estimated Revenue

When an athletic trainer refers an athlete to a healthcare provider, they are providing an access point for that healthcare system to generate revenue. Being able to demonstrate the value of athletic trainers is crucial when trying to show the importance of this role and can help prove what outreach programs bring to a healthcare provider and what an athletic trainer brings to a school district. Adding estimated revenues for services that are unique to your healthcare system is going to provide as close to an accurate representation of your actual revenue as possible.

Work with your healthcare system’s billing department or other relevant parties to find out the average estimated revenue for the services listed.

Go to the Admin tab of your Healthy Roster dashboard. From there, click on Follow Up Services. Then, click on Services. Click ‘edit’ for each service you have an estimated revenue to update.
