How to Customize Encounter Options
Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting. For example; a setting may use Organization as Location, Patient instead of Athlete, Encounters instead of Treatment, or Problems instead of Injuries - but the steps are still the same.

- Log in to your Healthy Roster account and select the Admin tab
- Click on Encounter Service Types
- Click Add
- Here you can name your encounter service, select if it is a billable or not, add the CPT code and the unit cost, and time for each encounter service type.
- Click OK and your new encounter option will be available when entering a new encounter/ visit.
