Course Access & Requirements

How do I access course content?

Content can be accessed via the web or the mobile application for EMR customers and non EMR customers alike.

Do I need to download any software to take courses?

No. You're welcome to simply use the web interface if you'd like. We encourage use of the mobile application so you can learn from anywhere but it's not required.

Course Structure & Format

What is the format of the course?

Our courses are all On-demand

Are courses self-paced? Can I take breaks?

Absolutely! We understand your schedule may not always allow for consistent blocks of time—or you might just have a few minutes here and there. Our platform seamlessly syncs your progress across all devices, so you can pace yourself and learn whenever it’s convenient for you.

Is there a time limit to complete the course?

No. You will only be able to complete a course while your membership is active, if you have in progress courses and have not renewed, you will not be able to complete the courses.

Course Eligibility & Prerequisites

Are there prerequisites for the courses?

No. Our courses are made for athletic trainers, by athletic trainers. Take them all!

Course Completion & Certification

How do I receive my certificate of completion?

Once you've completed the course, you will be able to download your certificate. At any point you are also able to download your certificate via your account settings.

How long can I access my certificate for?

You will always be able to access your certificate. If you've decided to cancel your membership, you will continue to be able to obtain your certificate but will not be able to complete any courses.

Content Accessibility & Updates

How long will course materials be accessible?

You will always have the ability to review completed course content

Accreditation & Relevance

Are courses approved by the Board of Certification (BOC)?

Yes, we are a BOC approved provider

What category of CEU is Healthy Roster accredited for?

Currently we have all category A CEUs

Are the topics covered relevant to new trends or best practices in athletic training?

Yes, because our content is created for the athletic trainer and by the athletic trainer all content is current and reviewed by category leaders that are professionals within the category.

Subscription & Access After Cancellation

If I cancel my subscription, how long do I get to continue to use the platform?

Memberships are 12 months from the purchase date of the subscription. Access to certificates will continue post cancelation, access to completing new courses will not be available.

Group Access & Bulk Purchases

Are group discounts or bulk purchasing options available?

Yes, If you are a current customer please reach out to Help@HealthyRoster.com for details. If you're a new customer, we can bundle the CEU platform into your package, make sure to talk to your sales representative.

Can an employer or organization purchase access for multiple users?

Yes, we are able to implement codes that can then be shared with users within an organization. To learn more email help@healthyroster.com

Pricing & Course Limits

Are there fees for taking courses, and is there a limit to the number of courses I can take?

Yes, we currently offer a limited number of free CEUs to current customers and non customers as well. Purchasing our education platform will give you unlimited access to our courses.
