Step-By-Step Tutorial:

Groups in Sway provide a simple way to organize profiles, typically by teams or patient populations. This structure helps keep your system organized and easy to navigate. For example, in a school setting like “Healthy Roster High,” Groups might include Football, Soccer, Softball, and other sports or patient groups.

This feature is available on the ✅ Web Portal only and is not available on the ❌ Mobile Application.

Step-By-Step Tutorial:

  1. On the left-hand side, click on the tab labeled "Groups."
  1. Click on the blue "Add Group" button
  1. Name the group(s) that fit best with your organization.

Tip: It is most common to name your groups by sports team(s). For example, Women’s Soccer, Football, Gymnastics, etc

  1. Click Save
