Understanding Document Privacy Levels
The privacy level options affiliated with document types have been updated to match our existing injury and note template privacy level options:
- Entire Care Circle:
- Providers and Primary Users Only: All assigned providers as well as in most instances the patient/parent/guardian that are assigned as the primary user for the patient will be able to see/complete this document
- Providers Only:
This change will eliminate the confusing drop-down checkboxes for individual users, while also simplifying the process to make sure it’s easy for providers to limit visibility of certain documents.
