Creating Your Account
To create an account on Healthy Roster, you must be invited first. Upon receiving your invitation, you will get a unique link with instructions on how to join. You can then choose to download the mobile app or access it via a web browser. Each invitation to Healthy Roster is personalized and meant specifically for you.
Note: Provider Users MUST accept their invitation via a web browser

- Once invited, you will receive an invitation to join via your email. The invitation will prompt you to download the app or proceed via the website. Take note of the access code on your invitation.
- Input the Access Code exactly as it appears on your invitation
Note: The Access code is unique to your invitation and cannot be shared
- Select Next
- Select I need to create a new account
- Input your information and select Register
Password Requirement: At least 8 characters, have both uppercase and lowercase letters, and include at least 1 number or special character
- Read, and if you agree, select to consent to he terms of use, privacy policy, and children's privacy policy
- Select Next to advance
- Select 3 security questions, and answer each. Select Save Answers
- Lastly, consent to the sharing of information by checking the box and selecting I Agree
