Duplicating a Referral Service
Duplicating referral services is a useful tool for reducing documentation time when creating repeat referrals. For example, if a patient is referred to the team physician and requires a follow-up visit shortly afterward, duplicating the original referral can save time by carrying over the existing information and minimizing the need to re-enter documentation.
Note: Dates, referral status, and background questions will not carry over when duplicating a referral. All other details will be duplicated.
