Document Management Tips and Tricks
This tutorial will show you some of the tips and tricks to managing your documents in Healthy Roster, such as deleting a document, editing a document type, and editing expiration dates.
How to Delete a when completed incorrectly
- Find the athlete you wish to delete the document for
- Click on their “Documents” tab
- Click on the 3 gray dots next to the document you want to delete
- Click “Delete”
- Click “Delete” again

How to Edit a Document Type
- Click on your “Documents” tab on the left side of your screen
- Click on the 3 gray dots next to the document you wish to edit
- Click “Edit”
- Edit the document accordingly and click “Save Document”

How to individually edit a patient's document type (edit which document type, expiration date, privacy level, & description)
- Go to the athlete’s profile you want to change an expiration date for
- Click on their “Documents” tab
- Click on the 3 gray dots next to the document you want to edit
- Click “Edit”
- Update as needed and click “OK”
