Sharing Form Templates

If you’ve put time and effort into building a form in Healthy Roster and another provider needs a copy, you can now easily export your form template. The receiving provider can then import it into their system, making collaboration and sharing seamless.
Note: this process is only available to forms that have been built within the form builder within Healthy Roster

Step-By-Step Tutorial - Exporting:
- Begin by navigating to the Form Template you intend to share
- Select the menu icon above the form
- Select Export
- From your device, share the export via your desired route
Step-By-Step Tutorial - Importing:
- Download the form template export to your device
- From the forms tab select, Add
- Select Start from scratch!
You may import the template to an existing form if you'd like but the imported template will overwrite existing content on the form
- Select Import
- Select the exported form template from your device
- Once you've customized the form to your preferred layout and structure, select Save. Your form template is now successfully imported, and you can proceed with How to Create / Assign a Document Type
