Step-By-Step Tutorial - Edit Mode

Edit Mode: This is the view you will be using when you're editing your report. Edit mode is signified by the ability to add/edit or reconfigure the report itself. Within Edit Mode, there are a handful of actions to know.

  • Done: Signifies that you've completed editing your report and would like to switch from Edit Mode to Run Mode.

  • Delete: This allows you to delete the report.

  • Refresh: Selecting refresh will update any changes you've made to your report. Selecting Refresh is recommended often as you build your report so you can ensure the changes you make are the changes you'd like.

  • Each block item on your report will also house its own Menu with options as well, to access the menu, select the menu icon

  • Edit: Edits the block item

  • Copy: copies the block item

  • Filters: Grants you access to apply filters to the block item

  • Delete: deletes the block item

Step-By-Step Tutorial - Run Mode

Run Mode: This is signified by the ability to now run the report with data for interpretation or export. In run mode, you cannot manipulate the report. Within Run Mode, there are a handful of actions to understand

  1. The menu icon will also house actions for review while in Run Mode
    1. Edit: This will take you back into edit mode

                  b. Favorite: This marks the report as a favorite report; you can then search or view only favorite                     reports when you navigate to your reporting tab

                  c. Copy: Make a copy of the report in your report listing
