Logging in with Multi-Factor Authentication Video Tutorial: Step-By-Step Tutorial:

Logging in with Multi-Factor Authentication

This tutorial will walk you through logging in with Multi-Factor Authentication, or MFA for short. MFA is a security process that requires multiple forms of verification to access an account. This enhances security by effectively safeguarding the PHI associated with your account against unauthorized access.

Note: At this time, we only authenticate via email as it's the most secure method of MFA

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.

Step-By-Step Tutorial:

  1. Login with your username (email) and password

  1. You will then be prompted to navigate to your email inbox for the device authorization email. You will need the code within the email to authorize your device.

Note: The email will be delivered from no-reply@notifications.healthyroster.com. If you do not see the email, you may need to check your spam folder.

  1. Input your access code as it appears in the email

  1. If you'd like to bypass the MFA each time you log in, check the box to bypass the access code. Please note: If your IT department requires a device authorization each time you login to your device, checking this box may not work, and you will be required to enter each login.

  1. Select Next

  1. You will then be logged in to your account

Note: if you wish to deauthorize your web browser, log out of the platform and clear your browser cookies
