Video Visits For The Provider User

As a provider, you might choose to schedule a video visit with a patient to offer convenient, real-time care without the need for in-person visits, saving time for both parties. This approach allows providers to assess injuries, monitor recovery progress, and discuss treatment plans efficiently from any location. This tutorial will help the provider understand how to schedule these visits as well as launch these scheduled video visits.

Step-By-Step Tutorial - Scheduling on the Web:
- From the patient profile, select Treatment/Encounter

- Select Add

- Within the details section, select Scheduled Encounter; this will then populate the option to conduct via video visit. You will need to input the patient's email

- Select Save to save the treatment/encounter
Step-By-Step Tutorial - Scheduling on the App:
- Log in to your Healthy Roster app and select the patient you need to schedule a video chat for
- Tap on Treatments/Encounters

- Either create a new treatment/encounter or select one that is already created - then tap “Edit” at the top of this screen under Details

- Select the Date/Time as needed
- Select the circle next to “Schedule”
- The “Conduct Via Video Chat” is now available, check that as well
- Enter the patient’s email address

- When finished, select “Done” - This Treatment will now appear in your Schedule Tab
Launching A Video Visit
Step-By-Step Tutorial - Launching video Visit On Web:
- Login to your Healthy Roster account. From the homepage, you can click on the scheduled visit from your calendar. Alternatively, you can navigate to your Schedules tab on the left navigation bar and select your scheduled visit from this location. Note: If a treatment is not marked as scheduled, you will not see it in these locations.

- Next to the invitee information, select "Launch Video Chat."

- You will be prompted to allow access to your microphone and camera on your device. Once completed, the Scheduled Video Chat will begin when both parties have joined.
Step-By-Step Tutorial - Launching Video Visit on App:
- Log in to your Healthy Roster app, and select the “Schedule” tab on the bottom navigation bar

- If you have created scheduled treatments with athletes, this is where they will appear.
- If the scheduled treatment is scheduled as a video chat, there will be a “Yes" next to Video Chat in the Treatment Details
- If the scheduled treatment is scheduled as a video chat, there will be a “Yes" next to Video Chat in the Treatment Details

- Select the treatment needed for the video chat
- Tap “Launch Video Chat” to activate the scheduled video chat under Treatment Details

- You will be asked to enter your name (optional), to allow access to your microphone and camera on your device, and the Scheduled Video Chat will begin when both parties have entered
