How to Customize Encounter Options

Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting. For example; a setting may use Organization as Location, Patient instead of Athlete, Encounters instead of Treatment, or Problems instead of Injuries - but the steps are still the same.

Step-By-Step Tutorial:

  1. Log in to your Healthy Roster account and select the Admin tab
     
  1. Click on Encounter Service Types
     
  1. Click Add
     
  1. Here you can name your encounter service, select if it is a billable or not, add the CPT code and the unit cost, and time for each encounter service type.
     
  1. Click OK and your new encounter option will be available when entering a new encounter/ visit.
