Logging in with Multi-Factor Authentication
This tutorial will walk you through logging in with Multi-Factor Authentication, or MFA for short. MFA is a security process that requires multiple forms of verification to access an account. This enhances security by effectively safeguarding the PHI associated with your account against unauthorized access.
Note: At this time, we only authenticate via email as it's the most secure method of MFA

Step-By-Step Tutorial:
- Login with your username (email) and password

- You will then be prompted to navigate to your email inbox for the device authorization email. You will need the code within the email to authorize your device.

Note: The email will be delivered from no-reply@notifications.healthyroster.com. If you do not see the email, you may need to check your spam folder.
- Input your access code as it appears in the email

- If you'd like to bypass the MFA each time you log in, check the box to bypass the access code. Please note: If your IT department requires a device authorization each time you login to your device, checking this box may not work, and you will be required to enter each login.

- Select Next

- You will then be logged in to your account
