Archiving Patients Video Tutorial Step-By-Step Tutorial

Provider Users are the only ones able to archive profiles. Archiving will only be available at the top level of your account hierarchy (organization level).

Archiving Patients

To remove an individual patient from Healthy Roster, you will "archive" the patient. Legally, we cannot delete a patient for 7 years because of HIPAA, but archiving has the same result.

Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a college setting uses Teams as Organizations, Units as Teams, but the steps are still the same.

Archiving a patient individually will not remove associated invitations/parental permissions
