Log in to your Healthy Roster app and tap on “Messages” on the bottom navigation bar

Select “Groups”
-
Tap on the (+) in the top right corner to create the group message

Add Group Details and set the default member permissions. Select Save to advance.

Select “Directories” at the top of this page
-
Select + Add Directory
-
Select the directory you'd like to include and select Save
-
The directories will be added; select save to save the members to the group
