Messaging Notifications - How to Check Notifications and Use the Search Feature (Web)
First you will sign into your Healthy Roster account and click on the messaging icon on the left navigation bar. Once you are on that page you will see a red notification dot on the message icon at the top right of your screen. If you have new, unread messages you may have received an email notification regarding these. When you click on this you will see all of the unread messages that you have received since the last time that you were logged into messaging. Clicking on one of these will take you directly into that message. Once you have opened each unread message the red notification dot will disappear.
On the left-hand side of the messaging page, you can see this search bar. Using the search bar in the web messaging feature it will allow you to look for specific care groups to message in as well as help you find a specific provider or coach within your organization. Once you locate the care group or person that you searched for you will see here the option to send them a message.
Notification:
- Sign into your Healthy Roster account.
- You will see a red notification on the messaging icons (top right corner or left navigation). Click on this icon.

- Click on the unread message to view

- Read/Reply to unread message, repeat steps as needed to view all unread chat notifications
Search Messages:
- Click the Messaging icon on left navigation

- Click either View All or Directories within messaging page. Use search bar as needed to find chats
