Login to your Healthy Roster account, and select the Organizations tab on the left-hand navigation

Select your desired Organization
-
Select Active Problems
-
Click the three dots to the right of the injury, then select Edit Incident Report
-
Select the + sign to the right of the Notes section
-
Select the Note Type
-
Enter your note and select OK
