Video Tutorial: Step-By-Step Tutorial: Viewing Paid User Total Step-By-Step Tutorial: Removing Admin Status Step-By-Step Tutorial: Removing Provider User from an Organization

This article will help Account Owners understand what a paid user seat consists of and how to get your count. A paid user seat in Healthy Roster will signify the total of two components: Admin Provider Users or non-admin provider users assigned to an Organization.

Step-By-Step Tutorial: Viewing Paid User Total

  1. Select the Admin tab on the left navigation
     
  1. Select Provider Users
     
  1. Next, sort the view on your user page by selecting the Sort Icon
     
  1. Check that only Active are showing
     
  1. The providers listed here will give you the total number of providers within your account that constitute as a paid user seat

Note: The Account Owner or Admin Provider user is responsible for managing where/when provider users are assigned.

 

Step-By-Step Tutorial: Removing Admin Status

One adjustment to remove a paid seat is to remove Administrator status to a provider user

  1. From the Active Provider listing, view providers that have "Administrator" below their email
     
  1. Select the three dots to the right of the provider user and select Edit
     
  1. Uncheck Is Admin
     
  1. Select OK
     

Step-By-Step Tutorial: Removing Provider User from an Organization

One adjustment to remove a paid seat is to remove the assigned non-admin providers from organizations

  1. From the Active Provider listing, view the assigned number of organizations per provider user
     
  1. To remove a user from an organization, navigate to the organization, select Assign Athletic Trainers
     
  1. Select the three dots to the right of the user name and select Remove User
     
  1. If you navigate back to your Active Provider Listing, the provider will no longer be listed, rather you will view the inactive listing to see their profile
