Referral Management Methods
Table of Contents
We've relocated the Referral tab in the left navigation to better organize features that are patient-specific rather than tied to a particular organization.
Managing referrals and tracking their status across your organization can be a challenging task. At Healthy Roster, we offer multiple solutions to streamline this process. The most efficient method is through the Patients tab on the left navigation menu which will then route you to an internal Referral Tab. This centralized tool allows you to update, document, and close referrals seamlessly for your entire organization. Staying on top of your referrals and their statuses enhances efficiency, ensures accurate tracking, and improves documentation. Additionally, it provides your healthcare organization with valuable insights to identify bottlenecks, measure performance, and refine processes.
Alternatively, you can utilize the Reporting platform to view the status of referrals, offering another effective way to monitor and manage referral workflows.
