Healthcare Providers: If you are a healthcare provider, please get in touch with your account administrator to be invited into Healthy Roster.
Patients/Parent/Athletes: If a patient, parent, or athlete wishes to sign up, you must invite them via Healthy Roster. We can not invite patients, parents, or org-level users for you.
