Viewing/Editing Patient Medical Details - App and Web
Information entered into the "Important Medical Info" or "Other Medical Information" fields can also be found in the Medical Details Report. This report can be filtered by Organization and/or by Team.

Step-By-Step Tutorial (App):
- From the patient profile, select Patient Details
- Now you can view/edit important medical information including: allergies, diabetes, or any important health history information. Select "Save" when complete.

- From the patient profile, select the Details tab.
- Scroll down to "Medical Details" field. Enter important medical information including: allergies, diabetes, or any important health history information. Select "Save Athlete" when complete.
