Adding a Referral

Documenting Referrals/Follow-Up Services allows the athletic trainer to track athlete referrals to physicians, physical therapists, surgeons, etc.

Navigate to the patient profile
Click Referrals

Select Add

Enter referral details
Select Save

Type the patient's name in the global search

Select the three dots to the right of the patient's name

Select Create Referral

Enter referral details
Select Save

Navigate to the patient's problem timeline
Select Add

Select Add Referral

Enter referral details

Note: when you navigate this route, the problem will auto pull to the referral

Select Save

Select Referrals

Select + to add a new referral

Input the details and select Save to add the referral
