Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting. For example; a setting may use Organization as Location, Patient instead of Athlete, Encounters instead of Treatment, or Problems instead of Injuries - but the steps are still the same.

Log in to your Healthy Roster account and click on the Admin tab in your left navigation bar

Click on Background Questions

Select Groups
-
Click Add
-
Enter the Background Question Group Name

Select where to populate these questions as well as if you'd like it enabled for all organizations

Select Ok
