Customizing Referrals
This tutorial will walk you through how you can customize your follow-up services with different Healthcare Organizations, Providers, Services, and Facilities so that you and your athletic trainers can document follow-up services for athletes. Once this is completed, all of those options will be available to choose from when entering an athlete’s follow-up services
Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting. For example; a setting may use Organization as Location, Patient instead of Athlete, Encounters instead of Treatment, Follow-Ups instead of Referrals, or Problems instead of Injuries - but the steps are still the same.

Step-By-Step Tutorial - Adding Healthcare Organizations:
- Click on your Admin tab on the left side of your screen
- Click on Referrals
- To add a new healthcare organization, click on Healthcare Organizations
- Click on Add
- Type in the name and click OK
Step-by-Step Tutorial- Add a New Provider to a Healthcare Organization:
- To add a new provider, click on the three dots to the right of the desired Healthcare Organization
- Click on Providers
- Click on Add
- Type in their information and then click OK (the minimum information needed is name)
Step-by-Step Tutorial - How to Add Referral Services:
- To add a new service, click on “Services”
- Click Add
- Type in the information and click OK
