Sway - How to Delete a Code
Table of Contents
Deleting a code is generally not recommended and should only be done if the code was created in error, such as assigning the wrong protocol or creating a screening when it should have been an assessment. In these cases, removing the code helps prevent confusion and ensures testing remains accurate.
If a code is simply no longer needed, we recommend editing the expiration date instead. You can set the expiration to the desired day, which will automatically expire the code at 11:59 PM on that day.
This feature is available on the ✅ Web Portal only and is not available on the ❌ Mobile Application.
