Creating profile codes is often helpful for baseline retesting or post-injury testing. Because these testing events are specific to an individual athlete, you’ll want to create a code that is unique to that profile.

This ensures the test routes directly to the correct athlete and keeps their data accurate and organized.

This feature is available on the ✅ Web Portal and the ✅ Mobile Application.

00:00: Hi today, let's walk through how to create a profile code on the web portal. Creating profile codes is helpful for baseline, retesting or post-injury testing because these testing events are specific to an individual athlete. You'll want to create a unique code to that profile. This ensures the test routes directly to the correct athlete and keeps our data accurate and organized.

00:25: On the left navigation, select codes.

00:29: Next select, create codes.

00:32: Under the drop-down for group or profile, we will want to select profile.

00:39: Next, select protocol. This is which tests you would like to administer.

00:45: Now, select and apply an end date, this determines when the code will no longer be active.

00:53: Selecting which profile to associate the code to is your next step.

00:58: Now select a screening or assessment, screening is a quicker test. That requires only one repetition of each test. It does not include a practice trial, whereas assessment is longer and requires two to three repetitions of each test and has a practice trial.

01:15: Check the box. If you'd like to include this test in Baseline calculations and check the box. If you'd like to show results after the test has been completed.

01:25: Set desired parameters to notify users once tests have been completed.

01:31: And select save.

01:33: Your profile code will now be active.

01:38: You can now share your profile code as desired.
