How to Connect with Healthy Roster Support Team

This tutorial will show you how to reach the Help Desk, get live help, and stay updated with our status page.

Option 1: Help Within Healthy Roster
This route will navigate you directly into our knowledge base, where you will be able to search relevant articles or contact us directly.
- Select the help tab from the left navigation, this will then route you into our Knowledgebase

- To submit a ticket within the platform, select your profile icon

- Select Submit A Support Ticket

- Input your ticket information and select OK

Option 2: Healthy Roster Knowledge Base
Our knowledge base will house all of our training tutorials that you are welcome to work through on your own; you are also able to submit a help ticket through this platform
- Navigate to our Knowledge Base to explore or search our robust training library

- To submit a ticket, select Contact Us

- Input the information for your help ticket

- Select Submit to deliver your ticket

Option 4: Customer Webinars
While we do not offer phone support, we host weekly webinars for customers. In these webinars you can register and get live help or feedback from our Customer Success Team. These webinars are available for active customers who are provider users.
- From our knowledge base, search Webinars or select Upcoming Webinars from our article listing

- Select Register Here to register for a webinar

- Input the necessary information to register for the webinar

If you'd like to stay up to date with the operational status of our platform, register to subscribe to updates
- From our knowledge base, select HR Status Page

- Select Subscribe To Updates
