Sending a Message - Patient/Primary User
The biggest benefit of messaging a provider directly in the app or web platform is the convenience of immediate access to expert advice, reducing delays in care. It also fosters clear communication, ensuring timely updates and personalized support for the patient.
Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a clinical setting uses Care Group as Organizations, Patient instead of Athlete, and Visits instead of Treatment, lastly Problems instead of Injuries, but the steps are still the same.

Log in to your Healthy Roster app and tap on the “Contact Athletic Trainer” below your athlete’s profile

Type your message, then tap send

Select the appropriate conversation
