Step-By-Step Tutorial:

Profile usage refers to the amount of unique profiles tested out of the total profiles purchased upfront for the current subscription term. If returning athletes (historic profiles) are tested during this period, they will count toward your usage for the term. Historic profiles do not count toward your usage if they are not tested during the term.

If you are a Billing Contact or Primary Admin, you can check your profile usage at any time in the Sway Portal. Unique profiles tested, after your renewal date, will be pulled from the bank of pre-purchased profiles. Historic accounts (that have not been tested this term) will not count toward your profile usage.

This feature is available on the ✅ Web Portal only and is not available on the ❌ Mobile Application.

 

Step-By-Step Tutorial:

  1. Select Billing on the left-hand navigation
  1. Select Billing Overview

Important Note:

If you do not have the Billing option in portal, that is because you are not a current Billing Contact or Primary Admin. Please reach out to swaybilling@healthyroster.com in order to get access or with any other questions regarding your Profile Usage.
