Sway - What is My Subscription Term and How do I View it?

Your Sway Subscription term refers to the purchased profile quantity and the time period during which these profiles are available for use.
For example, if your Sway subscription is 300 profiles, from August 1, 2025, to August 1, 2026, that means at the start, your profile count is reset to 0, and you have 300 total profiles to test (new or returning athletes, baseline or non-baseline). During this period, all 300 profiles will have unlimited testing until the end of the subscription term.
Your Sway Renewal Date refers to the date at which your profile count will turn back to 0, with your fresh profiles available to use for the remainder of the year. Invoices are sent one month prior to the renewal date.
This feature is available on the ✅ Web Portal only and is not available on the ❌ Mobile Application.
Your Subscription Term can only be viewed by Admin/Users that are also labeled the Billing Contact or the Primary Admin of the Sway system.
Step-By-Step Tutorial:
- Select Billing

- Select the Subscription tab to view the current and upcoming subscriptions, including start and end dates, package type, profiles count, and your total amount.
