How to Send an eFax
NOTE: This feature is available as an Upgrade to your Healthy Roster account. Please chat with us on this page to learn more or go to healthyroster.com/efax.
Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a clinical setting uses Care Group as Organizations, Patient instead of Athlete, and Visits instead of Treatment, lastly Problems instead of Injuries but the steps are still the same.

Step-By-Step Tutorial
- Sign in to your Healthy Roster account and go to the Patient Profile
- Select the Waffle Icon
- Select Send Clinical Summary
- Select E-Fax
- Select what you'd like to include
Note: Follow along with: Download Clinical Summary to learn about selection for your Efax
- Select where the Efax should deliver: New Recipient or an Existing Recipient. You also have the option to add a Cover Sheet if desired.
- Select Next
- Review the information you've selected to send with you EFax, select Submit
