How to Connect with Healthy Roster Support Team

This tutorial will show you how to reach the Help Desk, get live help, and stay updated with our status page.

Option 1: Navigating to our Knowledge base
This route will navigate you directly into our knowledge base from inside our EMR platform, where you will be able to search relevant articles.
- Select the help tab from the left navigation, which will then route you to our Knowledgebase.

- Use the search bar to navigate to articles quickly

Option 2: Healthy Roster Knowledge Base
Our knowledge base will house all of our training tutorials which you are welcome to work through on your own
- Navigate to our Knowledge Base to explore or search our robust training library.

- If our search is unable to find a match to your ask, you may submit information to our helpdesk

- Utilize the chat feature within the knowledge base

- Type in the search bar your question, and our HR AI chat will do its best to find you a quick answer

- If unable to find an answer to your question, please visit here to get expert help!
Option 3: Customer Webinars
While we do not offer phone support, we host weekly webinars for customers. In these webinars you can register and get live help or feedback from our Customer Success Team. These webinars are available for active customers who are provider users.
- From our knowledge base, search Webinars or select EMR - Upcoming Webinars from our article listing

- Select Register Here to register for a webinar

- Input the necessary information to register for the webinar

Option 4: Healthy Roster Status Page
If you'd like to stay up to date with the operational status of our platform, register to subscribe to updates
- From our knowledge base, select HR Status Page

- Select Subscribe To Updates
