Your Healthy Roster EMR and Sway integration works without any additional setup. However, by enabling auto login between the two platforms, clinicians can move directly from a completed Sway assessment into the athlete’s EMR chart with a single click.
The Sway assessment PDF is automatically attached, allowing for quick and seamless documentation of injuries, incidents, treatments, or follow-ups—without switching between systems, searching for the athlete, or manually uploading files.
This streamlines your workflow, saves time, and helps ensure records are accurate and complete.

🔗 System Requirements
Email Matching Requirement
- Sway email must match EMR email exactly
SSO Users
- Both systems must use same email address
- If SSO is not enabled or emails don’t match:
- Users must log in separately
- Auto-linking will not function

- Log in to the Healthy Roster web portal
- Select the Admin tab from the left-hand navigation menu
- Select Healthcare Provider
- Select Features
- Toggle EMR–Sway Auto Login to On
