Open Invitation

Note: This is not active per all accounts, you will only have access if we've set this up
If you're looking for the primary user or legal guardian to create a patient profile in Healthy Roster, we recommend using an open invite. Open invites are created by our team for your account and allow users to create profiles using a predetermined access code rather than a unique, one-time code.
While we recommend starting with the bulk import process or individual patient creation for accuracy, the open-invite option is a helpful alternative for setting up patient profiles when needed.
Before requesting an open invite, it’s essential to understand the following:
Duplicate Profiles: Open invites do not prevent duplicate profiles from being. For example, if John Doe (01/01/2000) has already created a profile but forgot to do so, they can still use the access code to create additional profiles. To avoid duplication, we recommend providers avoid creating profiles themselves unless necessary and verify if a profile already exists before creating a new one.
Ongoing Maintenance: Providers will need to regularly review and manage patient profiles to merge duplicates created through the open invite process.
Multiple patients per primary user: If a primary user has more than one patient they need access to, the provider user will need to create the secondary patient profile and invite the primary user to manage.
If you’d like to request an open access code for your account, please contact us at help@healthyroster.com.
