Messaging - Read Receipts
To view the recipients of your Messages within the platform, simply navigate to the message in question under each message that you've sent. You will see a green checkmark if it has been viewed. Hovering over this green checkmark will allow you to see who has viewed this message and a timestamp detailing when the message was viewed.
Read Receipts in Chat Messages (Web)
- If a message has been seen, a green checkmark will appear on the message
- For details about who has seen the message, simply hover over the green checkmark to view timestamped information about who has viewed the message
- If you do not see this green checkmark, this message has not yet been viewed.
