EMR - Understanding Privacy Levels

Throughout Healthy Roster you will see the option to set a Privacy Level. Setting this dictates who can see what information. The privacy level may be adjusted at any time. The options for privacy level will be generalized in all locations you are asked to set a privacy level.

Entire Care Circle: Any individual who is assigned to the patient care circle is able to view this injury in accordance with their assigned location
Providers and Primary Users Only: All assigned providers, as well as, in most instances, the patient/parent/guardian who is assigned as the primary user for the patient.
Providers Only: All assigned providers will be able to view the injury

Update overall Athlete Status to match this injury's status: Selecting this box will, in turn, leave the patient's status unchanged for this injury once you've updated the status.
