Sending a Direct Message as a Provider
This tutorial will walk you through the steps of sending a direct message via the Healthy Roster for both the web and the app platform.
Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a clinical setting uses Care Group as Organizations, Patient instead of Athlete, and Visits instead of Treatment, lastly Problems instead of Injuries but the steps are still the same.

Select the message icon

Select New Message

Select the user that you'd like to message

Type your message and select to send it

PROVIDER TO USER (ATHLETE/PARENT/COACH/PATIENT)

Sign in to your Healthy Roster app and select the "Messages" icon on your bottom navigation bar

Next, select "Contacts" at the top right corner of the screen

You will see a list of contacts & directories - Select the directory that the patient belongs to, then locate the patient you need to send a direct message to.

Select the patient

From the bottom of the screen, you will be presented with options, select Message

Type your message and select “Send”

PROVIDER TO PROVIDER

From your Messages tab, select "Contacts" in the top right of your screen

Search or scroll to find the contact you wish to message and select that contact

Click on the messaging bubble that appears next to the provider’s contact information.

Type your message and select “Send”
