Video Tutorial: Step-By-Step Tutorial:

Exporting this information allows administrators to quickly review organizational testing activity, track baseline and non-baseline test volume, and monitor logged events across organizations. This data is useful for internal reporting, compliance review, and sharing high-level metrics with stakeholders outside the platform.

This feature is available on the ✅ Web Portal only and is not available on the ❌ Mobile Application.

00:00: Hi, this is Nikki. Let's review how to create a test volume report.

00:05: For reference exporting, this information allows administrators to quickly review. Organizational, testing activity, track Baseline, and non Baseline test volume, and monitor logged events across organizations. This data is useful for internal, reporting compliance review, and sharing high-level metrics with stakeholders outside of the platform.

00:27: Begin by selecting reporting on your left menu.

00:32: Now, choose the date range. You'd like to see for the organization's activity.

00:38: Once your date range has been completed, select get test volume report.

00:44: Once the report is created, you can export this chart into a CSV file of your choice, for viewing and sharing by selecting copy, table to clipboard.

Step-By-Step Tutorial:

  1. Select “Reporting”
  1. Choose the date range you would like to see the Organization Activity.
  1. Click "Get Test Volume Report."

If you are a System Admin of an organization that is the Billing Parent of other organizations (Enterprise), you will be able to see each organization that is listed as a Billing Child.

 

 

  1. Once the Report is created, you can export the chart to a .csv file of your choice for viewing and sharing.
