This feature is available on the ✅ Web Portal only and is not available on the ❌ Mobile Application.

 

The Export Tests tool can be used in two places: from the Profiles tab to export tests for all profiles, or from within a specific group to export only the tests for that group.

This feature gives you the power to review profiles and tests that were administered between your desired dates.

Video Tutorial:

00:01: Hi, this is Nikki. Let's review how to export test, the export test tool can be used in two places from the profile tab to export tests for all profiles or from within a specific group to export only the test for that group. This feature gives you the power to review profiles and tests that were administered between your desired dates.

00:25: Let's first review the profile route, so select profiles.

00:31: Now, select export tests.

00:35: Enter your start and end date if you'd like to include any survey results in this export. Check the box prior to clicking save.

00:45: A file will now download to your browser opening, this file will review all of the profiles and the tests that were administered between the dates entered.

00:55: Alternatively, if you'd like to export a test for a specific group, select groups from the left navigation.

01:03: From your group listing, click on the desired group.

01:08: And then select export test, you will then be taken through the same action needing to select the start date and end date. And if you'd like to include on field assessment bombs or other surveys,

Step-By-Step Tutorial:

1. Log into Sway Portal 

2. Click on the “Profiles” tab to export tests from all profiles.


3. Click on the blue “Export Tests.”


4. Enter your Start date and End date. If you would like to include any survey results in this export, click the check box prior to clicking "Save."


5. An .xlsx report will download and be available for you to review all of the profiles and tests that were administered between the dates that were entered.


6. Alternatively, if you would like to Export Tests for any 1 specific group, you can also click open a specific group page and click "Export Tests." This will only download a report of tests completed within the specific group over the chosen date range.
