Document Compliance Report
Table of Contents
We've developed a streamlined system to track which users have completed their documents and which have not, ensuring better compliance management. This feature includes the ability to send reminders, sort users by organization or team, and even export the list for easy review during meetings or other discussions. With these tools, providers and organization admins can efficiently monitor document completion, follow up with non-compliant users, and maintain accurate records—all in one accessible platform.
Note: If you are a user that can review/approve documents, best practice would be to review Understanding the Document Summary Report. You will want to review any pending documents in order to ensure your Compliance Report is up to date and accurate.

- Click the > icon to the left of a patient's name to view their required documents and each document's status (Missing or OK).

- Perform patient-specific actions by selecting the menu icon to the right of the patient's name:

Note: Sending to all will deliver to your standing filter. It is recommended to filter to “needs attention”; your reminder will deliver to only those that need documents completed.

- Status Filter: Select this option to view patients with a specific document status.
- Organization Filter: If assigned to multiple organizations, all accessible patients display by default. Use this filter to view patients within a specific organization.
