How to Share and Attach Files (Web)

Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting. For example; a setting may use Organization as Location, Patient instead of Athlete, Encounters instead of Treatment, or Problems instead of Injuries - but the steps are still the same.

 

Video Tutorial (Web):

Step-By-Step Tutorial (Web):

  1. Log in to your Healthy Roster account and select the “message bubble” icon on the left navigation bar 
     
  1. Choose who you need to send the file to (group message or direct message) 
     
  1. Click on the paperclip image in the box 
     
  1. Either drag and drop the file or click in the box to upload from your computer

Step-By-Step Tutorial (App):

  1. Log in to your Healthy Roster and tap on the “Messages” tab in the bottom navigation bar. 
     
  1. Select “Contacts”
     
  1. Choose the contact you would like to send an attachment to
     
  1. Select Message
     
  1. Select the plus icon in the message section.
     
  1. You have the option to Scan Document, Take Photo, Pick Photo, or attach a File from your device
     
  1. Once you have selected your attachment, it will show in the message history
