Step-By-Step Tutorial:

  1. Once on the Testing Procedure's page, click “Hardware Verification.”
  1. To verify that the accelerometer and position sensors are delivering accurate results, lay the device on a flat surface with the screen facing up and press “Run Verification.” A countdown will initiate while verification is running. Do not touch the device while running verification.
  1. Once the test is complete, the device will show either a red “X” or a green “check mark.”

Which do you see?

A Red X

A Green Check Mark

4. If a red “X” is shown, adjust the device to make sure that it is on a level, hard surface and click “Run Verification” again. If this continues, a new device will need to be used to complete the test.

5. Once you've gotten the Green Check Mark, select Finish

4. If a green “check mark” is shown after the verification test, the device is cleared to be used for the Sway test. Click “Finish” to return to the testing series and start the first module
