Testing in Sway provides a wealth of valuable information, and you may occasionally be asked to share these results. Exporting a PDF allows you to provide clear, objective documentation to physicians, parents, or other stakeholders involved in care or return-to-play decisions. PDFs are universal, easy to attach to medical records, and helpful for communication and compliance.

This feature is available on the ✅ Web Portal and the ✅ Mobile Application.

00:00: Hi, this is Nikki. Let's walk through how to create a PDF report testing and sway provides a wealth of valuable information. You may occasionally be asked to share these results exporting. A PDF allows you to provide clear objective documentation to Physicians parents or other stakeholders involved in the care or return to play decisions. PDFs are Universal. Easy to attach to medical records and helpful for communication and compliance and not to mention. You're able to pass password, protect them.

00:31: Begin by searching for your patient profile.

00:34: And then select your patient profile.

00:38: Once within their profile select create report.

00:42: A box will now pop up with additional information. Check the box if you'd like this to be password protected, then input the desired password.

00:53: Now select selected test, which means this is the test that you want to be the primary focus of the report.

01:01: Or if you'd like to include multiple tests, you can select included tests, the desired test.

01:08: Next select generate report.

01:12: A PDF will now save to your browser where you can share this information as you wish.

Step-By-Step Tutorial: Portal

  1. Within your Dashboard page, search for the desired patient profile
  1. On the profile’s main page, click on “Create Report.”
  1. A box will pop up with additional information to fill in and/or select:
  1. Select Create Report
  1. A PDF will then download to your browser

00:00: Hi, this is Nikki. Let's walk through how to create a PDF report using the mobile application.

00:08: once within your app, select the search bar,

00:12: Begin typing, the name of your patient when they populate select your patient profile.

00:19: Now that you're within their profile, select actions in the upper right-hand corner.

00:25: The options will populate from the bottom of your screen. Select download report.

00:31: You will check the box if you'd like this file to be password protected, inputting your desired password as well.

00:38: Now choose what you'd like to include on your PDF selected test, this signifies that you're selecting a test. You want to be the primary focus of the report?

00:48: Whereas selecting included test allows you to select multiple tests that you would like to include in the report by default all of the tests are included.

00:58: once you have the PDF set the way you'd like, select create,

01:04: The file will now download to your device and you can share it as you wish.

  1. Search for the profile you need to make a report for 
  1. Click on the “Actions” button at the top right-hand corner of the screen 
  1. Click on “Download Report” 
  1. A box will pop up with additional information to fill and/or select:
  1. Select Create
  1. A PDF file will now download to your device
