Step-By-Step Tutorial: Portal

1. Go to portal.swaymedical.com
2. Enter your email address associated with your User/Admin Sway account 
3. Click “Submit”

4. Click on “Log in with Sway Password” 

5. Click on “Forgot Password” 

6. Enter your email address associated with your User/Admin Sway account 

7. An email with instructions from noreply@swaymedical.com will be delivered to your inbox

8. Click the link within the email
9. Enter a new password. The password must contain a minimum of 6 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit, and a special character. Once the criteria are met, select Submit.

10. Once your password is reset, you will receive an email confirming your password was successfully reset/changed 

Step-By-Step Tutorial: App

1.  Open the Sway App
2. Click on “Forgot Password” 

3. Enter your email address associated with your User/Admin Sway account and click “Send Reset”

4. An email with instructions from noreply@swaymedical.com will be delivered to your inbox

5. Click on the link in the email to reset password
6. Enter a new password. The password must contain a minimum of 6 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit, and a special character. Once the criteria are met, select Submit.
