Accurate test results are essential for tracking a patient’s recovery and making informed care decisions. Sometimes results need to be edited to correct errors, update scores after a review, or add missing information. Keeping the records accurate ensures that the patient’s current condition and progress are properly documented, supporting safe and effective care.

This feature is available on the ✅ Web Portal and the ✅ Mobile Application.
