Editing profile information keeps patient records accurate and up to date. You can edit profile information on the portal or the app.
This feature is available on the ✅ Web Portal and the ✅ Mobile Application.
Step-By-Step Tutorial: Portal
- Search for the desired profile
- Select the pencil icon to the right of the profile's name
- Edit information as needed, select save to apply changes
- To adjust the groups associated with the profiles, select groups. Select Save to save changes

- Navigate to the patient profile
- Select Actions
- Select edit profile
- Update desired information
- Select Save to apply changes
