Sway - How to Transfer a Test to Another Profile
If a test was accidentally administered on the wrong profile, don’t worry — this is something we can help correct. Because assessments are tied to individual profiles for data accuracy and clinical integrity, tests can’t be moved between profiles by users directly. However, our support team can assist with transferring a test to the correct profile when needed.
If you need to transfer a test that was taken on a profile but meant for another profile please Email help@healthyroster.com so we can transfer it for you.
Please include in the email the profile ID of where the test is, the date and time stamp of when the test was administered and the profile ID of where the test should be transferred to.
