Step-By-Step Tutorial: Portal Step-By-Step Tutorial: App

Once the profile is shared and imported, All tests completed and Events created/edited through this profile will be updated in both Sway systems.

Importing a Profile can be accessed via the Sway web portal and Sway app by:

1. Scanning the QR code that was provided to you either from the Clinical Report PDF

2. Scanning QR code or clicking a link received directly from another healthcare provider to the Sway app,

3. Manually importing the profile without a QR code/link in the Sway web portal or Sway app, by confirming the Sway Profile ID, First Name, Last Name and DOB.

This feature is available on the ✅ Web Portal and the ✅ Mobile Application.

 

Step-By-Step Tutorial: Portal

  1. Select Profiles
  2. In the Profile tab, under the Main menu, click “Import Profile.”
  3. Input the demographics of the profile to be imported into your Sway organization, including which group they are to be added to in your system and click “Save.”
  4. You should see a green "Profile Successfully Imported" banner, and the profile page will automatically open in the Sway web portal.

Note: If you have access to multiple Sway organizations (Sway Org A and B) and you are trying to import a profile from Sway Org B to Sway Org A, you will need to follow the steps for manually importing a shared profile in the Sway web portal.

 

 

Step-By-Step Tutorial: App

Choose the option that matches your setup—whether you were provided a QR code/link or not—to walk through the correct step-by-step instructions.

  1. Click the link or scan the QR code with your mobile device which will automatically take you to the Sway medical app (Log into the Sway mobile app if not logged in already).
  2. Review demographics that were auto-filled and input remaining fields including DOB of shared profile and group(s) for profile to be added to in your Sway organization.
  3. The profile page will automatically open in the Sway mobile app.
 
  1. Log into the Sway mobile app a click Profiles in the bottom of the screen.
  1. Click "Actions" in the top righthand corner and "Import Profile."
  1. Input the demographics of the profile to be imported into your Sway organization, including which group they are to be added to in your system and click “Save."
  1. The profile page will automatically open in the Sway mobile app.
 

Note: If you have access to multiple Sway organizations (Sway Org A and B) and you are trying to import a profile from Sway Org B to Sway Org A, you will need to follow the steps for manually importing a shared profile in the Sway app.
